WHAT YOU GET

A Professional Singer AND a DJ. My job is to take care of the music for the whole day. From the Ceremony right up until last orders!

I bring ALL the gear! The small unobtrusive sound system perfect for the Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast, to the BIG sound system in the evening for the party! I also have a white wedding backdrop curtain with full professional lighting system! There are options to 'add on' items from the 'Wow Factor' Page such as Venue Up-Lighting, Dancefloor's, Disco Lighting and many, many more...

I offer a bespoke package to suit you and your needs and I always go above and beyond what I’m booked for at a event. I’m there to not only entertain you and your guests but to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, completely alleviating the pressure or nerves you may be feeling. WEDDING PLANNING

This is where we come up with a plan for your Wedding.

I offer a bespoke package to suit you and your needs and I always go above and beyond what I’m booked for at a event. I’m there to not only entertain you and your guests but to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, completely alleviating the pressure or nerves you may be feeling. I can provide a complete package from master of ceremonies to an evening performance or just one aspect of wedding entertainment.

Prior to the day I’ll be on hand via Email, Text, Facebook or Phone, any concerns you have we can talk them through and come up with a solution (there’s always a solution).

THE CEREMONY

I’ve found over the years that the music for the ceremony can be quite a stressful thing for the bride & groom to sort out and get ready for the big day - this is where I come in. I’ll be there on hand to take care of everything, I have a unique way of putting the music together for you whilst making sure you have full control over it and the order that it’s played or sung.

Singing the Bride down the aisle: This can be a song of your choice sung and played completely live as you walk down the aisle. It can take as little as 2 minutes for the entire bridal party to enter and for the bride to reach the end of the aisle, so bare this in mind when choosing a song, you may not need the whole song. 

Singing as you sign the register: You’ll need to choose 2/3 songs as the signing can take up to 10 minutes to complete. This won’t be too loud and will create a calm, romantic atmosphere whilst you carry out the legal bit and have some photos taken. Picking songs that are upbeat and loud doesn’t tend to work and go down well with the registrar and the guests.

Singing as you leave the ceremony as husband and wife: Now it can be loud and upbeat! This is the time to celebrate and walk back down the aisle in style. Here you can pick a song that is uplifting, happy and impactful. Think of it like the movies. Once the registrar or vicar pronounces you as the brand new Mr & Mrs……… everyone is on their feet, clapping, and the song kicks in! Ceremony over, time for a drink!

(Please note this is only applicable if the ceremony is taking place at the same venue as the rest of the wedding)

THE DRINKS RECEPTION

The nervous part of the day is over and we now have a newl married couple on our hands – it’s time for a few drinks, a chat and lots of photographs to be taken.

Background music provided (if required) from Apple Music or alternatively a playlist of your choice,  as you have your drinks reception inside or outside or I can sing a Live set of Swing music for you whilst you’re mingling with your guests. Straight after the wedding ceremony, you are now into your drinks reception. Depending on where the ceremony has taken place, (church or wedding venue) you will be heading off to the area where you can pick up a drink and enjoy chatting to your guests. Background music can be provided here wherever you are. So if you are enjoying the gardens of a wedding venue, or just simply another room, Robbie has small compact and contained sound system so that you can have background music during the drinks reception. You can even use the speakers to play your own music from any portable device if you wanted to! A little variety also goes a long way on the day, that’s why I’m happy to provide other entertainment for you to add that little magic to your day (Subject to availability and requirements).

THE WEDDING BREAKFAST

Relaxed, romantic songs played in the background as you dine: Whilst you were having that well deserved drink, Robbie would have been setting up his equipment ready for the live singing during the Wedding Breakfast. This is where I give you and your guests something completely different from what they have seen before. With an upbeat lively start to the afternoon, I set a tone which really gets you and your guests into the party spirit. I’ll also take care of the introductions of the speeches for you, so there is nothing you need to worry about, just sit back and enjoy your special day! Designed so that you can still enjoy a conversation whilst listening to some live music. This is a great way to introduce them to having a live singer during the meal. This is the time that people are a bit more relaxed having their dessert and coffees and sometimes people have a good old sing song! Great for getting them in the mood for the evening party!

EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

All the preliminaries are now over, and it’s time to meet & greet your evening guests before kicking off your shoes and hitting the dance floor.

Your first dance performed live: This is when the night starts! Having your first dance around 8pm is perfect. Evening guests have arrived, background music is playing, and now people are waiting for something to happen. Here you can pick any song from Robbie’s song list and this will be sung live as you take to the floor. If the song you want isn’t on there, get in touch, Robbie may be able to learn it especially for you.

2 x 45 minute upbeat live singing sets during the evening: Straight after your first dance, the first of 2 singing sets begins! All songs can be discussed nearer the time to make sure you hear the songs you like. All the material Robbie sings is proven to create a great atmosphere and get people dancing. You can’t go wrong with the classics, or a bespoke set list can be created just for you!

PROFESSIONAL DJ SERVICE

Full DJ service with full professional lighting: Exactly what it says on the tin! Robbie provides all the lighting & sound system. Having Robbie as your DJ means that you don’t have to think about hiring anyone else. It also means that he can switch from singing mode to DJ mode with ease because he is controlling everything. The second he stops singing, the next track is played from the Disco so there is no start stopping and no change of sound. It is a continuous flow of party music. Also all announcements throughout the evening including the cake cutting and first dance will be made as usual! 

You will be contacted prior to the day, and all of your requests taken care of, any special themes for the evening will be worked out in advance.

I use only the best and latest in DJ equipment and come with Full Public Liability & P.A.T Certificates, available upon request.
